Had to send my RM380 back to Remington straight out of box from my trigger would not pull the hammer back upon looking at sear the nub needs a flange to hold trigger bar in place.

I sent mine back last week. The trigger slips every second pull. Very unhappy that a brand new gun needs repair. At least it's under warranty.

I would be pissed too. What is so hard to get straight? Is it Q.C. or manufacturing issue. Like the looks of that .380 just don't understand. Glad I bought my S&W CS-9 years back. Goes bang everytime at least.

I just got an email saying my RM380 will be back this Thursday, but no explanation of what the problem was. I'll have to wait to read the report.

Hope this time it functions OK. Had high hopes for this metal gun.

I am getting RM380 back monday email said they adjusted trigger bar and new spring then test fired.

Hope they got it right this time. Bet they did not have all these failures years back before coming out with these newer budget or less expensive to make firearms. Ruger sent me a new mag for my 22 mag American as the original one had sticky feeding. Seems the spring did not have enough tension.
