So im trying to figure out how old it is my serial number is 391706 all original parts and i use it for competitive shooting and it shoots cleaner then my friends versa max and i just want to know how old it is

Easiest way would be to call Remington. They have a historical information section. All you need is the model and SN. They can look it up for you. I bought one thinking it was 40s turned out to be 1914.
